Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
son of kenny powers!!
A solution looking for a problem
Former Infantryman here, do you all remember what S.P.O.R.T. stood for? Let me know….
If I ever needed, because of the drills we do, I’d have never ever known that I did. Still got no idea what it’s for, and I still don’t care. I just use it in the drills like a bad habit (or a good one, I dunno).
Forward assist saves lives, just ask the Kinosho Kid!
And I was looking at the California Safety selector where you need a special key to turn it to fire….
It needs a forward assist because it eats where it shits.
My AR15 has it My AR10 doesn't, still has the bump tho, not sure why they left it like that, but I don't mind it
Beard aura = 101. Shit maintenance = minus 💯
It isn’t unreasonable to trim up the tips of that unkempt shiz and make it look even and neat without shit ass ends
It makes jams ✨better✨
"Better to have and not need, than to need and not have" _ Some wise dude
Kyle rittenhouse thanks the forward assist every day
If you were a Left Handed rifleman you definitely wanted the forward assist as it acted as a deflector to keep hot brass from going down the collar of your jacket and burning the s*it out of your neck. Personal experience. Just check that forward assist body for transfered brass.
Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
When I was a little kid I thought that was an extra bullet 😂
Its the "jam me harder, daddy" button.
Everyone loves to talk about the forward assist. Nobody talks about the thumb sized dent in the bolt.
The one on my airsoft gun as a kid was just for show and wouldn’t move always bothered my ocd 😂
Keeping the forward assist was simply cheaper than actually using the ball ammo that the firearm was actually designed to use.
I’ve used it probably 5-6 times in the last 4 years on my personal rifles.
If your shit doesn't lock into battery, it's for a damn reason at least check your ejection port/chamber area before you hit the forward assist.
Should've serviced the ak~47
Don't hurt nothing being there
The sniper button as the Afghanis called it
