That is actually what I picked for my AR platform…except I went with the 18" variant. I did swap out the trigger for a Rise Armament RA-242 drop-in trigger and swapped the "compensator" out for a Guntec multi-port muzzle brake. This platform has been absolutely flawless.
I heard Remington bought Anderson recently. Upping their AR manufacturing capabilities.

I have the m4 style great running gun.
Throwing my own recommendation out there: despite what some Reddit elitist might say, the Radical Firearms RF-15 is fantastic. No Failures, no quality issues. The only thing that is wrong with mine is my front take down pin is slightly scuffed now because I was durability testing it by throwing it around and it landed perfectly on a rock that slightly changed its shape. That’s a 5 dollar fix.
Considering the rifle is around 500-600 retail, it’s a real steal.
