Two different types of firearms that really aren’t that different.

Not only does it blow my mind that people still buy fully assembled AR's, but it's even crazier that anyone would do a form 4 on an SBR AR.
Dudes… build a shorty with no stock, and then form 1 that shit.
Big diff is gov gets 200 for the one
J. EDGAR HOOVER would have his skirt in a twist over the brace…
I still think the fightlite scr raider pistol is cooler than the normal AR pistol.
All gun laws are infringement
Thanks a lot for this. The ATF “sucks cox n dix”
Dumb
Thanks for the info, yet still very stupid
So in reality, gun laws are stupid.
Y’all’s voices are wayyyyy to similar
The true difference. The ARBITRARY ABERRATION OF THE BUREAUCRATS.
At least you guys aren't being atf cucks and refusing to have braces in the store like places near me
This guy has farmer wrists
And when did we get to vote on this?
The only difference between the 2 is the fact that the ATF sucks and all gun laws are an infringement
Such Horse $h1t!
So does an AR pistol have to have the tax stamp?
So I'm buying a shotgun, with no stock. It's an 18 inch barrel. What's that considered? If I plan on moving states, am I gonna have to report it?
I understand the brace vs stock and the under 16” thing, but I’m a little confused about where exactly am I going to run into an ATF agent. Like where would I be for some official to come up to me with a ruler?
Good summary; I would start with “As of now…”. The fact that the NFA is subject to such nitpicky interpretation is a good reason to amend it. Times change; laws need to keep up. We’ve got people concealed carrying 10mm handguns, 20+ capacity handguns, and all manner of “braced” carbines, yet ATF is still trying to keep track of SBR’s. Makes no sense.
How ridiculous. But appreciate the clarification
Bull hockey!!!

One is a called a stock the other is called a pistol brace. We all love a nice pistol brace on everything. And the pistol has a nice short barrel.
