  1. Not only does it blow my mind that people still buy fully assembled AR's, but it's even crazier that anyone would do a form 4 on an SBR AR. 😆
    Dudes… build a shorty with no stock, and then form 1 that shit.

  2. I understand the brace vs stock and the under 16” thing, but I’m a little confused about where exactly am I going to run into an ATF agent. Like where would I be for some official to come up to me with a ruler?

  3. Good summary; I would start with “As of now…”. The fact that the NFA is subject to such nitpicky interpretation is a good reason to amend it. Times change; laws need to keep up. We’ve got people concealed carrying 10mm handguns, 20+ capacity handguns, and all manner of “braced” carbines, yet ATF is still trying to keep track of SBR’s. Makes no sense.
