  1. I keep my flash hider pointed down like the holes in it idk I bought it like that but wouldn’t it be better to have them facing down so the flames dont come up into ur line of sight I shoot medium range like 100m to around 300m in prone would it better if I had them facing upwards

  2. why choose a comp/ flash hider with the warcomp as the comp example. Then an A2 birdcage as the flash hider? Saying thats a hybrid when the War comp is really the best of both worlds. break is a good example though. trash video. watched it 10 times while commenting so i guess you win.

  3. "Compensator" Not only reduces "muzzle climb", but helps evacuate pressure in front of the round faster, allowing the round to pick up a little more speed.

The best flash hiders induce Venturi-effect to the ejecting gas.

  4. Probably worth mentioning a flash hider reduces the flash signature for the shooter specifically – it helps to stop you accidentally blinding yourself when firing at night but doesn't really do anything to actually reduce the visibility of the flash to others.

  5. For owning, or working at a gun store, you're pretty ignorant. That is NOT called a "flash hider". Where did you motards come up with that nonsense? It is called a FLASH SUPPRESSOR, it has ALWAYS been a flash suppressor, for decades, but now you pull this ridiculous term "flash hider" out of your ass and you expect people to actually believe that you know what you're talking about??😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Get outta here, go flip burgers. GOD help us.

  6. All 3 aid in recoil reduction on a weapon that has 3 points of contact and VERY easy to manage….. and yet people will make fun of people for having a comp or porting on a 9mm pistol. The same can be said for red dots.

Less recoil is ALWAYS a win for a shooter.

  7. Review how muzzle brakes work. You are incorrect.
They do not push the barrel forward. They re-vector gasses to reduce gas pressure and volume being vented in the same direction as the projectile.
This causes a reduction of thrust in a reward direction towards the shooter.
    You say pushes against?
    Reaction force to that push?
A muzzle brake is essentially just a lateral venting mechanism until the bullet is clear of the muzzle device.

  8. Muzzle brakes on an AR are ridiculously stupid and pointless. They are nothing but cool points for the uneducated. The only benefit ever is a maybe sacrificial baffle to prolong the life of your suppressor
