  1. Thoughts on scopes that are more conventional on an AR? Like a 3-9x? Much more affordable, good tube sizes, still goes from pretty low power and useable up close to almost 10x.

  2. I'm sure the Vudu is supernsick, but for $1k less I absolutely love the Atibal 1-12x. Although it might not be a true zero at 30', it is still spot on in terms of it being similar to an rds. 2 extra zoomies makes a big difference at distance, 12x can get a decent shooter out to 1000 and beyond. The Atibals are built like tanks with narly turrets that track true. Can you guys do a review lf the Atibal? Fyi, I'm nlt affiliated with them in any way, just love their 1-10x and 1-12x MPVO's.

  3. For hunting, this is not really great. For a marksman rifle, not that great. Better options for accuracy at distance. For short range, RD or fixed power. If I am only looking to get more accuracy out to 500 yards…3×18. Kinda light and can flex into short distance if needed. LPVO is a compromise all across the board.
    Not sold on LPVOs.

  4. I've got one on my Aero 308. I can clearly see and engage targets out to a max range of about 1k. Granted, it's not going to be AS good as a 2.5-10x at 1x yards, and that's mainly due to the parallax adjustment on the higher magnification scopes. But, glass is great, brightness is good. I think the donut circle is too damn big at 1x, but that's a minor complaint

  5. You're trying to sell it. It has many faults, and a couple that make it a pretty bad choice. I was done at the "it's close to a red dot" crap. It's got a small eye relief area that does not lend well to acting like a red dot one single bit.

  6. I've tried hard to like LVPOs, but in the end the bulk and weight makes them undesirable for my needs. An RD with a magnifier has been my go-to and another setup just uses a fixed power ACOG for distance work.
