What about rolling your shoulder 45 degrees in your shoulder pocket to make your offset just elevation and no windage? Havent seen any info about this technique but have been taught that and seen others use this technique under nods and with Vis CBRN.

How is it shooting using nvgs and your rifle doesn't have a suppressor.
Is the flash from the weapon extremely bright to where you have to use a suppressor.
I notice in this video you do not have a suppressor

A torch like a Olight Marauder 2 will negate any tactical advantage of any Gen3 IIT optics kit, once the shooting starts.
The word is POSER…
Yes he can shoot but he is NOT a soldier. He certainly likes to play one but shooting a gun does not encompass what it is to actually be a fighter.. a warrior. People somehow think that shooting a gun is all there is. Botkin is absolutely a skilled shooter but he is not a skilled warrior. No military background. No 20 mile hikes. No physical endurance. No physical challenges. No mental challenges. I wouldn't count on him to carry me out of the bar. He's done none of those things to earn that distinction.
Unless you've been there and done that you're not that. I hold Master class in Production for USPSA and I understand the distinction between knowing how to handle a gun and knowing how to fight with it. It's not the same. Botkin can shoot but has he's never been there nor has he ever demonstrated he has what it takes to win a fight. I"m not talking about shooting, I'm talking about picking up your buddy and knowingly put yourself in harms so you can get him to safety. Until then all he's doing is playing "War".
Rob Leatham, Ben Stoeger, Eric Graffuel, Taran Butler, Jerry Miculek are some of the BEST pistol and 3gun shooters in the entire world. They don't go around strutting around wearing olive drab webbing and night vision as if they're going to fight a war in their back yard. Yet you've got some 120 lbs guy running around in the dark trying to show people how to fight?

I'd love to see you get ambushed by the taliban, put your little LARP skills to the test. Tactically you'd get overwhelmed and decapitated. Real slick on a flat range but you'd get absolutely smoke checked by some houti rebels in a real shootout.
