An assault weapon must be defined as all weapons that use internal or external magazines regardless of action and all handguns.

Call me pessimistic, but I have very little long term hope that the Anti-2A politicians in CA will stop passing laws that require a known delay to our constitutional rights. Ideally, they should have to prove their cases first, putting the delays on them. Let them keep going to courts, all the while our rights stay in place.

Best way to circumvent California’s “assault” weapons ban. It’s to fucking leaving that shit hole state. Born and raised San Diegian native. I left in 15’ and haven’t looked back.

This is the problem with the American legal system there has been multiple times it is proven that ignorance of the law is no excuse, but it takes a law degree to comprehend the legal system and even at that a lawyer must study laws to prep for certain cases. The large majority of the population has no idea about the hundreds of thousands of laws that the American government has put in place and recent times has proven that government officials also don’t know every aspect of the law. How can a citizen be tried on a law that he can not even interpret because it is written in a way that you need a law degree to understand.

I cannot believe the loopholes they make the law abiding citizen jump threw just to have a firearm. Pretty soon they're gonna come out with a law that says the only firearm you could have resembling a rifle needs to have the buttstock protruding from your butthole. So you have to bend over just to protect yourself. That's how stupid California's laws are. I see what's going on in California right now and I think every person should have something to protect themselves & screw what the law says since the law is not doing their job they're supposed to be doing.
