  1. Pleasant and simple video. I don't get why there is so much complaining in the comments about it, this seemed like you just had a simple idea and then executed, I wouldn't expect a meticulous and catalogued knowledge of every detail.

  2. truglo omnia 1-8 …..really good glass, very well thought out reticle. 230 nuggies, i've got one riding on a 16 5.56 and another riding a 12.5 308 cmmg. i'll probably be getting more. the mount they come with is a little bit on the heavy side but theres tons of 30mm mounts so no biggie. its a really nice turn-key option.

  3. I have 2 monstrum scopes. Both are long distance ffp's and I love them. At the time I paid the upper 200's for mine at the time. I did not get mine off Amazon but I will say they are a hood budget optic.

  4. Your sites are on backwards and your front sight is too far back and needs to be as far forward as possible not only that, you should change the title of the video considering you didn't try every optic on Amazon. I'm pretty sure they have more than four when it comes to budget

  5. Several years ago, I bought a PINEY scope from Amazon that was a 6-24×50 and it has lasted me all the years. I’ve probably had it since 2016. I’ve mounted it on everything from a 22 to a 308 and it stays zeroed currently it’s mounted on my AR so you can get some good stuff off of Amazon. I’ve definitely gotten some bad stuff, but this scope was definitely a good deal.

  6. I bought a Tacticon Armament 3-9, they went out of business 2 weeks after they shipped it 😂 but I mounted it with levels on the scope and the upper receiver, it was perfect and still had slightly crooked reticle, drove me freakin nuts, I got it so the reticle was level and the turrets were canted which drove me more nuts so I had to cut the middle to get the adjustments to work the best. Ended up selling with a package deal of other accessories.. might check out the monstrum, I just want something to hunt with past 75 yards with a kalikey

  7. Y'all should really give Ozark Armament a good look. I have the "fiber optic battle sights, on my AR12 and AR9P. They're metal with damn smooth buttons to deploy, and having the fiber optics is a nice touch, also a pretty nice finish. You can get them for $30. They have multiple kinds.

  8. So thanks for the video but please do some basic research before doing this. The iron sights on an AR platform are pretty straight-forward and I can tell you don't have much experience with it especially since it was installed backwards and your reasoning isnt too far off for the aperture sizes however most people use the small peep hole for most things and save the large one for night shooting. I.e. when it gets dark earlier once daylight savings is over. The larger aperture will give far less blur when compared to the smaller one while using a flashlight which is good for close quarters. So yeah, try to read up on it a bit in the future.

  9. The romeo 5 is a far better red dot than the vortex sparc. As far as the build, dot, glass, and the illuminator itself the romeo 5 either gen 1 or 2 is just better. Ive been through 3 sparcs, the first 2 had some weird issues with the dot and the battery compartment. My third one vortex replaced with a brand new one after all the issues, i ran into another issue with it not turning on in a moment i REALLY needed it to work. Could have cost me my life but thankfully nothing happened. I ditched vortex dots after that.

  10. Bro you are supposed to use the small peep sight, the wider one is more for area shooting. In the Corps we BZO at 36 yards, thats equivalent to 300 yards Zero. FYI please also use your principles of marksmanship. Without them? You will shoot like crap.
