Is the Surefire Warden and other over-muzzle attachments legal here in Cali? I know they’re basically blast forwarders but wouldn’t the courts say that it’s by definition a flash hider since, according to Cali definition of a flash hider, lessen the flash “from the shooters field of view”? I’m hoping it’s not because that’s the closest I can for a mostly-form-basic-function rifle I’m building that would look sexy without having a suppressor attached. TIA to anyone who can answer.
