  1. I recently bought a failzero for my bushmaster as well. Did you buy the full auto bolt carrier group for the m16/4 Or did you get the ar15 model. I had serious bolt seize with live round chambered. Had three guys to pull the changing handle back to extract. I am upgrading my buffer tube assembly in hopes it will be fixed. Please message me.
