So this video has been by far the hardest and longest restoration to date. The Colt AR-15 is very iconic in history. This one was in some sort of fire or explosion that caused a short fire that did not get to hot. The action was not seized which was a huge help. This Colt AR-15 A2 was in a military contract in the early 1990’s. In the present day it does not hold that designation. The Colt AR-15 was invented in 1959 until present day. Hope you enjoy the video and consider subscribing. As always thanks for watching our content and supporting the channel.

  1. A few questions:

    1) How did you get into this? It seems like you have access to some really interesting older or niche firearms which I find fascinating, what do you do with them after you’re done restoring them?
    2) What educational resources do you use? How does one go about educating themselves on the best restoration methods? What have you found most helpful?
    3) Where did you procure your sandblaster? 😂 That thing is a beast!

Thanks for your videos! I find them really interesting and I love learning about the techniques you use and the end product!

  2. I have to echo what everyone else said. That was amazing. You're definitely a first class Gunsmith. That looked like it was fun, as long as you know what you are doing and have all the right equipment. Obviously you had All of that. So WOW. That was Really Cool. Thanks for sharing this.
