I was told by someone from the astronomy club of victoria that binoculars were a good way to get into astronomy. and so i bought these and tried them for the first time. I love them!

To start, I was torn between Nikon Aculon 10×50 vs 12×50.
Which one would you recommend and under what conditions?

The Water of the Bible
In the life of God's elect, we ponder that which we have read in the Bible in conjunction with our lives past, present, and future. If you are one of God's children, you also will have God's Spirit testify with your spirit. It is impossible not to.
Joseph son of Jacob also must have pondered as to why God worked in his life the way he did.
Genesis 37:5 And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brethren; and they hated him yet the more.
Genesis 45:4 And Joseph said unto his brethren, “Come near to me, I pray you.” And they came near; and he said, “I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. 5 Now therefore be not grieved nor angry with yourselves that ye sold me hither, for God sent me before you to preserve life.
I also have had such an experience. Please I am not saying that God sent me like Joseph but, I did come to realize that God was working in my life probably even before I was born of the Spirit of God. Before the operation of faith was performed upon any of God's children they were justified from the foundation of the world and then made perfect. Revelation 22:18 is very clear as to dreams and visions in our Day of Judgment. As we are the last generation.
Hebr3ews 12:22 But ye have come unto Mount Zion and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, who are written in Heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Please, if you would allow me to share something that took place back in the seventies of the twentieth century. It is a story of the redirecting of the waters of an artesian well.
Revelations 5:5 And I saw in the right hand of Him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the book and to loose the seals thereof?” 3 And no man in Heaven, nor on earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. 4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
*****5 And one of the elders said unto me, “Weep not! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book and to loose the seven seals thereof.”
As a young carpenter attending Christian Faith Center Fellowship (at the time), I was hired as a working superintendent to remodel a house on a mountain (Mt. Helix) in the area where I resided at the time.
There was a big problem on the job unbeknownst to me. A major Law Suite was going on at the property I was hired to build upon. The property had a wonderful God-sent (in my opinion) Artisian well percolating out of the ground. It used to be pumped up the hill into a twenty-four-inch clay pipe. The County was removing the old tattered and decaying pipe. This meant that the owner of the property (and others) would need to send the water downstream where I suppose in the past it had flowed for centuries.
Everyone was included in the Lawsuit, Both owners. the one with the artesian well, and the other a man of Jewish decent downstream, the County Building Dept., the Soils Engineer, the General Contractor, and the birds and the bees.
The man downstream wanted fourteen hundred dollars a month to allow the water to flow once again through his property. What a mess unbeknownst to me that I stepped into.
My immediate boss the Project Manager saw my Christian Faith Center t-shirt and approached me to inform me of the entire matter. Then he asked if I might go and have a talk with the man downstream.
I thought, wow, how could I help out the situation? So I accepted with the only tool at my disposal, prayer.
That night I presented the problem to my Father in Heaven in a petition (as if he needed a brief) and asked him to show me the way to a solution. And closed my eyes.
The next morning I approached the man downstream and knocked on his door and offered him a more workable price for all concerned. He went into a tizzy and flat-out refused then he took me out back to show me his point of view on the matter. His biggest complaint was already taking on water from a stream that ran through his property. And he saw a way of making money in the changing situation.
I could not but thank God for showing me the way to the resolution of the situation that would benefit all concerned including the man downstream as he would be getting water even during the dry season. This is most of the year where he lives.
With haste, I called the County Building Department and suggested that we install a pipe along the easement of the road that is in front of both properties passing over a culvert that the stream the man downstream complained about.
The person at the planning department told me to have a trench dug with a three-inch pipe with check valves installed for inspection the next day. By the next afternoon, the pipe was covered with soil, the water was flowing through the property downstream unbeknownst to the man downstream. I had already built a concrete cistern with a pump inside it with which to pump the water somewhere. The lawsuit completely dissolved with no repercussions.
And did I get a bonus or thanks? Yes, a more glorious view of the entire matter. But many years later after the "opening of the book" straight from my Father on the Throne. The Lord Jesus Chris. My only boast. My next exposition will be on how God showed me his sense of humor on the exploits of the track trips with the Jericho Project pre Judgment Day May 21st, 2011. God does have a marvelous sense of humor you know. You see it in Mr. McCann once in a while.
All glory to God now, then, and forever. I had never had such a grand petition answered in such a way. Straight for the man of Jewish descent downstream
Looking back on that experience tells me how God "prevailed to open the book".
As I let the man downstream do the talking, God so also…

You should have started off with the set of 7 by 35 power binoculars they'll give you a wider field of view
