Attorney Tom Grieve is a former state criminal prosecutor from Wisconsin before eventually founding what is now the state’s largest criminal defense firm at more than 20 attorneys. ALL gun laws are ILLEGAL, period. All judges ruling against ANY facet of the Second Amendment should be thrown off the bench, and banned from ever practicing law.
The fact that these unconstitutional blue left wing judges and politicians are not being systemically and ballistically removed en masse from the census count proves that the US population can be trusted with AR-15s and any other weapons platform. Its not gun control, it's people control.

We have a fully corrupt government. Shal not be infringed means we the people may own any weapon known to man. If the government doesn't want the public not to own a weapon, don't invent it. BTW, our military is against our Constitution. It's the reason why the government feels free do anything it wants. Guns are a barrel, trunion, bolt, and triggers. Everything else is just window dressing. There’s little difference between grandpas Garand and an AK47; pretty much can do the same things.

SCOTUS may protect our right to buy and possess assault weapons and standard capacity magazines, but due to sensitive places we won't be able to carry them, or any gun, anywhere. The real threat is carry restrictions.

They say a 10 inch wide PVC pipe about 4 feet long sealed good on both ends with some silica desiccant packs placed inside of it and then lowered down into a hole in the ground made with a post hole digger keeps those ‘homemade’ guns tucked away and out of everyone’s concern, real good, I hear. 😂

Any firearm carried by cops or criminals should be legal EVERYWHERE. THE 2A is to protect us from a rouge govt & being equally armed is just common sence.
Banning guns is not in their boundaries. The commerce of buying and selling across continents is within their jurisdiction. The laws and our rights are not open to interpretation. This needs to stop.
When the founding fathers implemented the 2nd Amendment, Americans were carrying the same weapons used by the US military. That is the way the founding fathers intended it to be.
