When dealing with these situations…you HAVE TO GO TO THE RECORRDDDSSSSS! NOT to say we shouldn’t listen to this guy because I freakin love this damn channel!!! It’s truly a favorite and the info is obviously solid because dude obviously knows what he’s speaking on but
and here’s my/the pointWE become stronger: Amendment upholding, constitution defending, tyranny fighting entities! Each, individually, as we go forward through anything else. That is arming yourself in a different but equally powerful and effective way…if you’d disagree then I will make the point of pointing to the hypocrisy of reading this because you’re on this channel! lol arming yourself with updates (I’m sorry I’ve had a lot of shit brain chaos starters argue with me on YouTube, I think I have YT comment battle PTSD 😢) but also look at the sheer popularity of this guys channel! Imagine if all of us became 50% or even 25% “knowledged-up” as this guy is!?…Knowing all he knows. That would also bleed into informed families and kids and therefore communities and other families, Dad’s of the neighborhood, giant pockets of making an oppressor say “We just can’t get over on these people” and that’s the America I dream of, where we all have firearms but it is a nationwide commonality from the people themselves to be upholding not only the constitution but ourselves to the highest standard we can reasonably reach. Much respect fellow American 🇺🇸 citizens…I love ya. Keep doing your thing just add in what works for you and leave what doesn’t. One of the best lessons I was taught, besides of course “what’s after this current issue?” And maintaining preparation for one step ahead at baseline, has served me well. I hope it does for you. Be well.
Trying to **Hype** this and Y*T won’t allow it. First time trying in two weeks for any channel.
Politicians, judges, and lawyers do not get to decide what we the people are allowed to have. These people are not special. They have zero right or authority to tell us anything. They can take their little words on their pieces of paper and shove them up their ass.
moral of the story is politicians, judges, and lawyers are rats and it's time we do something about it. Along with wall st, banks, and lobbyists.
There is very little “Prudence” from most of the jurists. They have become so “educated” that they can no longer understand the wording of the Constitution, especially the Second Amendment. I have no faith in 99.9% of our judges to make sound decisions that are in alignment with the Constitution
15:09 Eric S. Raymond is working on a book exploring why the founders wrote the 2A. Pre-1791 argumentation.
Then why are the police decked out in military attire and weaponry? 🧐🤨
Mordor reference is hysterical and brilliant!! 😄😆🤣
You no what's not constitutional, all these fake political courts..the biggest dumb ass I know, understands "shall not be infringed".
"Have the right to bear arms."
'Arms ' being any weapon they can bear up themselves..if you can carry a tank , it's your right..😮
1:40 Bevis vs. Butthead, you mean.
Glad I have AKs
Should have been called the “Beavis vs. Butthead “ case.
Yeah….enforce it
The issue is courts are not upholding their oath to the constitution and we the people are being to tolerant with it. When courts start manipulating our rights those justices should be removed with prejudice. No body is even asking why is our 2nd amendment a fight in the 1st place shall not be infringed is exactly that. Do you really believe the founders would be sitting here whining about the way these unconstitutional judges are ruling???
Again you can’t fix stupid and these communist still think they know what is best for our country.
However, Donald Trump peesonally OPPOSES our Second Amendment rights – as evidenced by his statement after the extrajudicial execution of Alex Pretti.
how about you put in title what states you're in? otherwise
Come and take them, i dare you. We the people will stand, it's coming.😅😮
It seems disingenuous to me that people would rail against "military style" firearms in the modern context, when my great-grandfather could have owned a milsurp M1903 when my grandfather was a small child. My great-grandmother passed down a couple of revolvers last used in the 1860s, one of which was taken from a Union officer her uncle captured (that uncle fought under John Mosby). That was, in fact, a military firearm. Nobody said anything about them being "military style" weapons when I was growing up in the 70s.
Cars kill more people than guns every year
What’s it matter no matter what happens the second all Democrats get back in office they’ll switch all the judges out and then turn everything illegal federally in state
I find it hilarious when all the guys at the gun range realize I lean towards healthcare for all, funding education better and guns as a few issues. Nobody is all one thing. All my friends that are lefty’s own guns. I bet some of you there are a ton of people watching this that think everyone at the gun range are republicans? Not realizing how many are not. We all should want reasonable gun laws. We should all do our best to not be that guy who can be made an example of. We all do stupid stuff. The rich will try to take our guns eventually. It’s just a matter of when they make the push.
As someone who lives in Illinois, im getting really tired of living in Illinois. If it wasnt for my job requiring residency, my family would move out of this state
When the 2nd was written militias were the military. Militias were the people armed with anything they had. Arms are anything you want to arm yourself with. That includes every arm available.
Military arms are also protected by 2A.
I used to pride myself on being slightly right of center politically and voting both sides. Now I'm very much right leaning because I'm pro gun and pro life. Most Dems are essentially opposed to those two things. Now I just have to be careful of RINOs
SCREW EVERY STATE "LAW" THAT INFRINGES ON ANYTHING IN OUR CONSTITUTION, ITS IMMEDIATELY AN ILLEGAL LAW ON THE VERY FACE OF IT, SORRY BUT STATE LAW DOES NOT SURPASS THE CONSTITUTION
You anti- 2nd amendment bureaucrats and lawyers are never getting the AR15s! Never, no matter what you come with or no matter what you believe AR15s are you're just not getting them.
Ahh, the enemy switching up tactics? This is worrisome.
When lever guns were snatched up by union troops in the civil war and issued to cavalry units there was no banning them because settlers needed them to prevent Indian incursions, yet the Indians often carried them as well. Just like today had lever action guns been banned post civil war the only people that would have them would be the Indian insurgents and the federal troops. How about a little consistency here?
how can anyone make the argument the 2nd does not protect military arms. when it was written the military used the same arms as the civilians had. they absolutely meant to cover military style arms when they wrote it!! i also find it funny todays democrats all worship kennedy and he was a huge supporter of the 2nd kind of pathetic how the left cherry picks everything even those they claim to idolize.
I was wanting to run this past someone that is used to discussing details of firearms. I got a little nervous while looking over some of the data and I didn’t know of anybody bringing up that part of the conversation. I’m concerned there might be the possibility that gun haters changing a different way around what might be called normal, simply because it hasn’t been addressed in any court any other court as far as I know.
You can say the same thing I’m going to say. My concern is that while 2A is a Right of the People trying keep up with what new court case comes up next. The gun haters don’t want the Citizens having, at best, a rifle that competes with the M4 (Soon there will be another military issued rifle.) That comparison doesn’t really fly with the courts. And that is the center point of my concern.
The AR-15 is a caliber 5.56 Nato, and .223 Remington, of course are interchangeable. In the late 1880s, gun manufacture J. Stevens Arms & Tool Company brought 22LR which would become the 22LR we see today. In the early 1900s, gun powder was transitioned into smokeless powder; and a lever action was produced made the rounds popular and sales of the lever action became a best seller.
The .308 Winchester and 7.62×51mm NATO (AK-47) cartridges are interchangeable. The .45 Colt is interchangeable with a 410 shotshell cartridge.
The firearm named the Smith & Wesson Governor is the most prominent production firearm capable of chambering and firing all three calibers (.410 bore, .45 Colt, and .45 ACP).
Just about every popular rifle cartridge has an offsetting firearm. I added a few up above.
How did I arrive at this concern. When the subject of gun control came up the heated debate kept using the same two cartridge rounds. The first one was the AR-15 or the M4 or the M-16. They are able to fire the same cartridges. The same thing can be almost each and every caliber.
Let’s say the AR-15 gets banned and rather than how scary the AR-15 it looks, they focus on the caliber rather than the looks of the firearm itself. If the AR-15 gets banned, how odd would it be for a court to seriously think the same of all 22 caliber cartridges. How long will it be before somebody adds another thought to the picture. In the US there was a rimfire cartridge created; it and the firearms that shoot the caliber have been on the market for almost 140 years; some ammunition was manufactured in mid-1800s also.
Who is going to put the regular 22 caliber at a danger level at at the same level as the other deadly firearms. We say AR and the next gun in the category equally deadly as the AR-15.
was a 22-caliber cartridge, the same caliber of 22LR, 22 Short, 22 Magnum…there are probably another ten cartridges that are also 22 caliber.
I fully believe that our founders fully intended for the people to own military style firearms. They intended for the people to overthrow their own government if necessary, how would this be done if not with weapons equal to those held be the government that has been stepping on our necks? I don't think the courts are willing to go this far… yet but, the AR15 and other semi auto firearms are a step preventing us from sliding back towards WW1 firearms. .
You can't look at the President that appointed a Judge when guessing how they'll lean, you have to look at the Senators for that State. There's a practice in the appointment process that both Senators from a State have to sign off on the appointee before the actual appointment process can even start.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
the main thing in the second amendment isn't the guns part its the militia part. The whole thing is broad on purpose to bring an umbrella under any military technology. If you can afford it you should be able to get it flat out. An arm is not just a hand gun, rifle, and shotgun. It is a piece of artillery, gun batterys on ships, ect they are all arms. In a long winded way to say the first choice.
4 bring out the crayon and explaine second amendment to antigun crowd like they where toddlers. I hope that is not on a too high level for them to understand.
AR? What AR? I lost that years ago.
The colonists of the time had rifles that were better than the military. They were better kept, better maintained, and better centered. These weren't duck hunting rifles, these were self defense rifles. By the way, A colonist could have a ship full of cannons loaded with grape shot.
U.S Constitutional Republic 2nd Amendment Does Not Mention Public Servants
Well Regulated Militia Is We The People And We The Individual Not Public Servants
This is BULLSHIT!
Always with the clickbait hogshit. Sick of seeing it my feed. I’m out.
I am going canoeing next month on the Lower Wisconsin River. I’m not usually an open carrier but it looks like it’s my only choice.
I live in Illinois and I wanted to buy a Volquartsen 22LR target pistol. Unfortunately it’s on Illinois assault weapons ban. 10 round mag but the barrel is threaded.
Any idea how this affects wa. AR weapon restrictions ?
They are the domestic enemies their oath speaks of and violate their oath of office to uphold and defend the constitution and our rights
Look at the Brady bill what it banned and Regan and Brady were shot with a snub nose revolver and they banned everything that wasn't even related to a revolver
The government is just trying to set up a situation where the people can't stand against them if it came down to it … Also each state is required to have armed citizens to protect against tyranny foreign or domestic and also lawfully are legally use military style weapons or whatever technology is in play at the time
