I run a yankee hill 556 with qd for my ARs
Primary 10.5 sbr has the pws qd adapter for it.
My subgun 9 is a direct thread ab suppressor made for cz. Yhm is nothing fancy to look at compared to the new style cans but it works great. The ab can is a k type and it surprised me with its level of suppression.
I wish you would have included tri lug. It makes me feel a way.
