I turn it counterclockwise and it goes down same for windage. My scope is : VTR 4_16×42 AOAC .. Is it normal ?

I think you fucked the windage part up. But I get what you are saying. Did you ever hear that which ever way you are off the most is the one you adjust for first? Is it possible to run out of adjustment by doing the opposite? Thanks
