SCOTUS Is About To Decide If States Can Ban Your AR-15

The Supreme Court just agreed to decide whether states can ban your AR-15.

This is one of the biggest Second Amendment cases in years.

For decades, anti-gun states have banned so-called “assault weapons,” restricted the most popular rifle in America, and treated law-abiding gun owners like criminals for owning the same kind of rifle millions of Americans legally possess.

Now SCOTUS is finally taking the fight.

But do not spike the ball yet.

Yes, this case could finally put AR-15 bans and semi-automatic rifle bans on trial at the highest level.

Yes, a win could give gun owners the precedent we’ve been waiting for.

But the ruling is only round one.

Because we already saw what these states did after Bruen.

The Supreme Court said Americans have a right to carry outside the home, and anti-gun states responded by turning almost every place you’d actually carry into a gun-free zone.

The right stayed on paper.

They gutted it in practice.

That same playbook is waiting here.

If SCOTUS strikes down AR-15 bans, these states will rewrite the rules, rename the bans, slow-walk compliance, and dare gun owners to sue all over again.

That’s why this case matters so much.

A win gives us the legal ground to chase every workaround they create.

But a loss would be catastrophic.

If the Court says assault weapons bans are constitutional, every anti-gun state in the country will take that ruling and run with it.

And the purple states sitting on the fence will suddenly have cover to pass their own bans.

This is the biggest Second Amendment fight in a generation.

The Court is finally going to decide whether your state can ban your rifle.

Getting here is a massive win.

But this fight does not end at the courthouse.

It ends when gun owners stay loud, stay engaged, and force these states to respect the Constitution.

  3. If SCOTUS gives up (in) on the 2nd amendment, then we all need to give up on the other amendments. The Bill of Rights are dead. No freedom of speech, No 4th amendment (right to privacy is gone & search & seizure will become common), No 19th amendment (sorry women) you can no longer vote. There are many other Rights that should cease to be in existence.

  4. The facts are that Bruen is an example of what states do. This is not about the cases and Soros/Bloomberg are working to disarm the people that want to buy a firearm.

  5. Does a piece of paper called the constitution grant you the right or do our rights come from our creator? Rights that are inalienable?
    Just a question.
    If they cime from our creator, then why care what the justices say or the states if they attempt to take something that never belonged to them.

  12. If we learn anything from the birthright citizenship ruling, then all the 2nd amendment cases should be 9-0. They claim they were following the Constitution when they rule on brithright citizenship then this one should no different. It clearly states in the amendment, shall not be infringed.

  16. No state, local, or federal government agencies can ban firearms. The Constitution protects the civilian’s rights to have firearms. If banning any firearm is allowed, the the people of the United States will be screwed, cause those governments will go after other constitutional rights and ban them also.

    If this is allowed to happen, then the people of the United States MUST rise together and fight back and remove those in charge of those government agencies. If not, there will be no hope for the US citizens.

    The deaths of those children in Sandy Hook was the fault of the WEAK police officers that were on scene and the nut job that committed the horrific crime. A gun does not shoot by itself, someone has to pull the trigger.

Ban ar-15 style weapons might've had Mach-10 variants 3 Defiant Dreadnaught Class laser energy weapons on satellites could kill people in states allowing full invasion of enemy nation try courts are not fair at all. Prison you all for having weed store in your state open or unopen package illegally jailed prior to blood test prior to Miranda Rights. Mirandas in your States? Miranda Kerr and Michael and Michelle and Saint Michael Eric Jose 4 points table holy stability if Miranda Rights not read to you illegal to arrest you in any country any Americans.

  19. It is designated a Long Gun by the ATF NOT as an Assault Rifle. If my government can point a fully automatic Weapon at me it is imperative I be able to point one back.

Guns don't automatically kill people someone has to pull that trigger harsher punishment for mass shooters public execution maybe stop giving violent criminals rehabilitation and parole criminals don't give a damn about the law or the second amendment not everyone else's fault because some idiot decides to go shoot up a school why should others have to lose their freedom because of mass shooters and this is coming from someone with major mental health issues that has never owned a gun

  23. The only assault rifle here is another guntuber using AI for it's thumbnail with an AR that has dual dust covers, wrong magazine, and no rail attaching the carry handle to an AI made upper. Must be Cali compatible. God damn it, guess everyone has to use AI now.

  24. No one needs guns like this in civilian lifestyle. Other countries guns are illegal. America always make up excuses about guns. 2nd amendment needs to be changed. People should learn how to fight physically. Only cowards need guns like this

  25. Why aren't we talking about the fact that it's only constitutional to tax for the NFA but they aren't taxing anymore (for sbrs and suppressors) so how are we still required to register them? Hmmm

  26. What happened to "shall not be infringed"? There shouldn't be ANY "laws" regulating guns. But there's somehow 20k odd just at the federal level…the real problem is, when politicians infringe upon your rights and ignore the constitution nothing happens to them. When you do it you go to prison. There's no deterrent. At all.

  32. They have been deciding this for years… Ruled years ago that they were the most common rifle in current use and could not be banned. Since nobody follows or pays attention to the law why should we? Just say F you like every gun grabber does.

  41. The U.S. Supreme Court can only rule that it would be Unconstitutional for States to ban AR Rifles. Otherwise, the Supreme Court would be wrong. Anyone who can read, knows the right answer.
