The real issue is that in the time it takes for this ban to get to SCOTUS, these Democrats will re-write the law to include possession, probably as early as next session. VOTE for God's sake! Get these people out of office! Write your state officials! And pick a gun group and support it!

even more common now, i work at an ffl in VA and were averaging 60+ transfers and 40+ guns sales per day since the new law…. majority of the folks are first time gun buyers and or first time ar15 buyers. many of them are 35+ years old with no prior urge of wanting an ar15 until the governor said we couldnt get them anymore.

This isn't a AR-15 ban, based on the "evil" attributes over half the guns are banned. Plus they restricted where you can transport a gun, have to be over 21 to buy, if you leave a pistol in a car unsecured yiur a criminal.m, if you have kids under 18 your a criminal.
Mabey those govenors on the coast states that are banning this and that are in cahoots with forien actors for compensation to give an outside force a foothold in a certain area bc they know resistance could be minimal at those places i know its far fetched but you knever know how there brains work
I think they will try to enforce the transportation bit to get people. It’s so poorly written no one knows if transporting your rifle or handgun to the range on a public road will be illegal or not.

What no one is talking about is that this affects law enforcement once they retire, they are allowed to carry under LEOSA, but they cannot purchase, manufacturer, etc. same as any other citizen in the state. If they don’t stand up and do something about it now, they won’t have the protections afforded to them when they retire.

I’m in VA and we are buying up everything all of our gun shops are packed I was 26th in line to be assisted by a sales person last week while picking up my “Assault Weapon” (FFL Transfer). I’ve spoken to a Fairfax Officer and a State Trooper about my concern of just wanting to go to the range with my “Assault Weapons” and they both said to put it in the trunk unloaded with magazines and ammo up front. Hopefully the LEO’s and Attorneys defiance throughout will help get the attention of SCOTUS and finally put an end to this nonsense! Free Virginia!!! I want my children to experience their 2A rights without any infringement!!
I live in a 2A sanctuary county in Virginia. Democrats want the local government to prosecute and take our guns away and make us criminals but they let illegal aliens and murderers go without jail time. Twisted evil crap is happening in this world
