SB 300, the FFL Killer bill, has been scheduled for a hearing in the House Administration Committee TOMORROW, June 10th. This legislation will impose onerous licensing requirements that will drive many Delaware gun stores out of business. These costly and burdensome new requirements on gun stores go far beyond what is required at any other retail establishment, including high end surveillance cameras, video storage and more.
