  1. I'm in California… Wanted an AR, but ended up buying this one from basspro. Got the basspro credit card and got the 10% off, which balances out the 11% tax bull. Can't wait to get it and try it out! Got it with 350 legend

  2. Just picked one up a few weeks ago as one last FU to the Rainbow Fuhrer, and I do not regret it. For optics I agree it needs a little magnification and I'm thinking a Primary Arms 3x Prism. No personal experience with PA but I've heard good things and I'm thinking this rifle should me as minimalist as possible.

  3. Living in a "free state" I'd possibly get this in .308, as it is different and cool in retro-futuristic steam-punk kind of way… but it depends on the price as there are other .308 options, including DSA FAL 😅

  4. Since you're lefty, if you flip the charging handle, you can use it as a horizontal handstop. Combo that with a handstop at the 6oclock, you can get a really locked in grip position

  5. I applaud CMMG for producing these firearms.👍
Fortunately, I live in Missouri just a few hours from CMMG, and I see no reason to restrict myself by a bunch of rules that I think, are absolutely ridiculous to even exist in the USA.🤷‍♂ And being that SCOTUS has given us the "in common use" theme, I will support the 2A by buying as many guns as I can get that are not allowed in "those states" to pad the in common use numbers elsewhere.👍😁
