After reading into the comments im concerned recoil on a 450 may be an issue for me. I've blown my shoulder out, it's on the mend but not 100%. With a different buffer spring that you mentioned in another comment, how much felt recoil are we talking?

450 is a beast. These kick like a 12ga if not worse. It's an awesome round.
