I use a CMMG bolt carrier and mags for shooting 22LR in my AR15. A complete upper though is so enticing, especially with the calibers available.
I would like to see the original concept with the charging handle in the carry handle, to me it seems far more convenient, though if you had a round jam and had to mortar it it probably would be a little difficult.
Last week I was going to buy a blem stripped upper from bca for 30$ but it sold out, today I was going to buy a barrel for 556 today but I’m in Seattle Washington & the new law passed last night
Yeah you are missing the fact that sometimes you need to change the buffer and spring and if it's a caliber of like 308 and change use of certain 👍
