NEWS FLASH- Thompson Center makes excellent barrels!
In this video I test the accuracy of the TC Compass 6.5 Creedmoor. This is a budget rifle with some serious accuracy potential. The Hornady American Whitetail ammo really shined in this test. I’ve got to say that the Nikon Buckmaster II scope is pretty good glass for the money as well. This is our first look at this rifle and there will be more videos to come. Thanks for watching! T/C ,s pro hunter single shot was the rifle to have at one time.Then their bolt action rifles came out.Which had tons of problems.The three I had all had problems with opening bolt ,are ejecting shells.they called themselves the master rifle makers.Junk.For cheap reliable rifles go Ruger.

Interesting to see that this rifle has a choice in ammo preference. Have you ever "stiffened" and bedded one of these rifle stocks to improve accuracy? ♠️☯️🎩
Mine is picky on ammo . don't shoot 150gr worth shit . S&B 180gr 1/2" groups . Winchester 180gr 3/4" groups hitting 1" lower than the S&B
TC compass in 308 is not a tack driver . It is trash

Just got my compass 2 in 308. Can't wait to shoot it.
Are those rings considered low, medium, or high?
I had a compass in 270. I was able to get less than a quarter of an inch. But I had to take 5 minutes between each shot. I had noticed that the spread would be bigger when I shot 3 rounds in succession.

You kept dialing in Right Windage, unless that scope is backwards of every one I have shot.
This is my first hunting rife set up including the same scope. Took it hog hunting in 18 and got a hog from about 150 yrds. For the price to get introduced to bolt action I think it is a good choice at budget price.

Thank you for your review. This is a perfect combo for testing in my case. I have this rifle and have just added a scope and have the same ammo. Looks like Hornady Whitetail is the way to go.
Great review. I had mine for a little over a year, fantastic rifle for the price. Only thing I don't like is the tiny bolt knob, so I made a bolt knob extension for it. If you're interested, I got your name on one.
