  1. How could they enforce this measure without violating your 4th amendment right regarding g unreasonable search and seizure? Will they be monitoring your internet access to see who has down loaded the info on 3d gun parts for your printer?

  2. i guess its time for me to file for my ffl and manufacturer license ! oh and you can have nfa items legally for movie production , seems like you can get away with murder if your a big star in hollywood '' Baldwin '' for example .

  3. People in California do what Canada is doing take your state back it time the American people stand up to these politicans they work for us not us working for them they do what we say rise up and take the U.S. back its ours

  4. California is so engrossed with the work-from-home concept it thinks putting a bolt in a nut at home is manufacturing. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ
Next thing home depot & the home improvement section on stores will be gone in the great state of Commifornia.

  5. CA government:
    Put cancer warnings on everything.
Heavily infringe upon the people's rights to bear arms.
Legislate internal combustion engines or of existence.
    Heavily tax residents.
    Fund every social program imaginable.
    Go bankrupt.

    Many CA residents:
Keep voting for this until they're too upset to stay in the state
Move to other states and vote for the same policies there.

  6. Screw California, screw the courts, NONE of them actually follow the Constitution and the TYRANNY is way beyond the point of our of control. At what point will citizens actually fight for their freedom like our forefathers did? I mean damn, what more has to happen for true Americans to wake the heck up and fight the tyranny? And any cop that willingly enforces illegal laws like this is a POS and deserves whatever happens to them. The good cops though, I support you!!

  7. Why a license? If the builds are for home use not sale. This clearly further infringement on our 2nd amendment rights and the licensing is just another form of taxing the people to fund their anti- gun control.

  8. The definition of manufacture or assemble means that even guns that are transferred by FFL would be affected. As I read it this would make gunsmithing at home even for repairs unlawful after 3 times in a year. This isn't about ghost guns.
