For about $300 complete this is a banging deal (no bun intended). The only issues I have with the upper receiver itself is that the ejection port is for a full sized 5.56 and the blast forwarder was in the wrong thread pitch. Other than that it’s a pretty exceptional with no failures and it ran everything from 115 grain wolf to 147 grain Speer lawman. accuracy was also exceptional with 4 different types of ammo grouping at under 1.5″ at 25 Yards. let me know what you think!

hey FocusTripp Can I use my buffer spring from Maxim Defense Pdx chambered in 7.62×39 or do I need to purchase a different spring or complete buffer?
why does my handguard keep pushing forward every time i take shot it moves a little after a few shots it just comes free i have it on good but i don't know why it keeps going forward
Which buffer are you using? Mine keeps jamming.
For $350 I can buy a complete 7in upper from Foxtrot mike with rear charging handle. I would pay the extra $50 and know I got a company making a total good product.

Not so sure that having a pistol brace mounted, but saying “pulling it tight to your shoulder” is a good idea. Even showing every shooter firing that way….

I bought the "Grackle" shortly after watching this video. Building it was fun. Added it to a TN Arms Hybrid Polymer dedicated lower receiver and can't be more happy with the "Grackle" performance. Great truck gun, easy to conceal, fun to shoot. Thanks Tripp
