You may want to change out that optic, because its not designed for serious calibers. Its designed for .22 bullets and air guns. Furthermore, the red dot claims 5 MOA at 50 yards. That in of itself sounds weird. If my math is right, this would mean if you aim at a target at 100 yards, the dot would be covering a 20 inch diameter of a target. Plus optics at this price point are huge red flags in terms of quality (glass quality, grade of aluminum used, metal for components, etc).
