Hello, one month after buying my 5 foot hooyman, the plastic broke on a very cold day. I emailed customer service (Dec.18) at battenfeld to inform them of my problem & ask for a replacement extension handle only, as the saw section still worked. Their customer service representative, Chelsie T., quickly responded (next morning Dec.20). after inquiring about the failure and proving proof of purchase Chelsie informed me that a replacement would be sent within a few days. Today ,December 27th, it arrived but instead of the handle only, they sent an entire Hooyman premium 5 foot saw. Awesome service, wonderful staff and a great company. Thank you!
