  1. Update to my earlier comment, I really like this rear sight.

I personally don’t know if I would put this on an “all out” life or death rifle but on my $250 beater it is great.

You can feel in the clicks it’s lower quality than a Colt take off carry handle or one of the older forged LMT fixed rears, the UTG is a little bit sloppier and less defined but I was able to attach it and get the rifle zeroed without issue and I have run the elevation knob all the way up then back down again and it returned to zero so the clicks are true.

  2. I use to bash UTG years ago when they were making parts for airsoft toy guns and were in the transition to actual firearm parts but now I use their A2 stocks and buffer kits on all my SPR builds. I've got a dissipator upper right now that came with the standard UTG fixed rear with the big knob, definitely gonna switch it out for this slim one!

  3. Did you have any issues with the elevation drum not turning? Mine out of the box is stuck like a rock. I tried loosening the upper allen key hole but that of course only frees the top half of the drum to turn independently.

  4. I just put one of these on my AR pistol(mine is a 10.5 PSA too) and at $36 with 2day shipping I couldn’t be more pleased,I wanted something slim and sexy w/o the $70 price point a lot of the others had

  5. I have this sight. Had it for a while. Never an issue. Easy to adjust, kept zero, and no issues coming loose. I only removed mine not too long ago because I installed a Primary Arms prism scope on my AR and there is no co-witnessing with that scope. It's a nice sight for the money and it's very tough, no worries about it just falling apart.

  6. UTG Leapers founder David Ding is from Taipei Taiwan, he moved to the US in the early 80's, he makes as much as possible in the USA but some items are still made in Taiwan. I have a UTG 2-16×44 scope and for the money it's a gem. In fact there's only 1 Youtube video on that scope and it's in Russian. Who will be the 1st American to do a video on this fine scope? They come with 3 reticle options (Mil Dot, MOA & G4), I wanted the MOA but had to settle for the G-4 because the MOA was always out of stock. I can see myself buying more UTG products in the future. The UTG Recon Flex Bipod was on my list until I saw the new Magpul Bipod. . .
