@tactical toolbox – hey buddy I sold my project car other week and I'm buying a banshee 300 I think I want the titiaminum color and I want to know where you got that hand stop on the front I will buy from u if u sell or you have for sale I will buy from u. Exactly what I want I found od cheaper the dirt for 1261 with a 33rd Glock and the rip pistol brace I honestly really want the sbr because it has a front hand grip and I'm disabled from sever crohnbut I'm disabled so with the extra 200$ tag just for the hand grip I have to pass cus it tool me 2 months just have the 1300$ after the background check so it's something I could do with out at moment id need mags and a sight because they don't come with them

So does that mean the standard Rip Brace will have that same gap when collapsed like the SBA3 does?

I think screw is a good addition. You said "most of us want the maximum length of pull we can get" but not all of us 85kg+ at 182 cm.

ETS MAGS do not like steal cases ammo, have you had any issues with them?

Maybe the set screw is for if u got kiddos with little arms…that's the only thing I can think, or like u said if u jus like to keep it super tight for navigating around tight hallways in the house. The shorter it is the easier u can bring it up if its already deployed. Idk about the extra cost for that rip action tho. But cmmg stuff, as well as SB tact, is quality gear.

I use the second position (starting completely collapsed) on pretty much all my stocks and braces…. not because I'm small. I'm 5'11 due to my hatred to the A2 stock which a fully extended stock is the same length…. i hate that long of a length of pull. Closer i can keep my elbows and less choking up to my optic the better. This is cool but not $200 cool.

Kotaboy did a video on this and the rip brace had a ton of slop in it. He tried to say the SBA3 did too but mine stays right and tight… For 2 bills I'll pass, ive seen the SBA3 for $109…..

Is there a law on certain AR-15 pistol brace that you have to obtain to hold it a certain way. Pistol hold or toward the shoulder like an actual rifle?

if you follow mrgunsngears facebook page, the SBA3 (without rip features) is more like $99-$105. I love those braces I have 3 lol

When I bought my first sba3 brace, sb tactical had not released a atf confirmation letter and had mentioned on there site that they didn’t need to because the atf had confirmed a similar style brace already. It hung me up for a few weeks and people complained and the length of pull measurements arguments went around, but I said F it and bought one anyway. Good to hear that cmmg got theres confirmed so now I can leach off there letter. Good review and cmmg needs to SELL JUST THE BUFFER TUBE PLEASE. I’d buy one if the price was reasonable.
