How is this not a patent infringement on the Mean Arms Endomag? I have been running 9mm Endomags for almost a year now…

I guess that I need to find a 9mm bolt and barrel now.
I built an upper with the 8" cmmg guard barrel and bolt kit and an endomag. It has run great so far. I wish cmmg had given more credit to mean arms, as they are great company.
I have this conversion on my guard upper and so far it is running great. Competed with it the other day and had zero issues.
But now they need to make a 40-round PMAG version for the PCC competition scene.
Also, you should see if it these mags work on their .40 S&W RDB uppers.
do you have problems with freedom munitions being under powered? My g17 with omega9k wont run the 165 or 147. I put a lighter recoil spring in and about every 2nd or 3rd round i get fte or stovepipe
