I just picked one up for about $1000 off my friend. Life time warranty. Raptor M8 Yard reticle I find better on the old one than the new, you don’t need RDB, I shoot day time mostly and only use illumination on dawn/dusk shots. No need to get RDB. I see it as a fantastic Competition scope though if you use the scope switch 2.0.

Did you zero at 100 yards? And which barrel length along ammo are you using?
It's a 2 and 1/2 * 10 but the Leupold Mark 4 is cheaper and probably a better looking optic

Pretty nice, probably good for hunting, since it allows you to both scan/aquire and then zoom in to engage. If you are using it for defense however, its just a scope shapped rock. The human is smart, smart enough to know what a round going past the head sounds like, and smart enough to know if they dont run, the second bullet will be lodged in the thnky part.
