  1. I have seen many of your videos for some time and it is long overdue but with all of the previous ruling we still have to nail down all the opposition to the second amendment original meaning. Thanks for your time

  2. True blood Americans WILL NOT part with their AR-15s. You will have to pry them from their cold dead hands.
Someone will do time for using it, before parting with it.
Why? Because they're still alive, to do the time for using it.
    And that's just the tip…..

  3. I cannot be sure with the current SCOTUS most recent decisions. They've been favorable in 2A but seem to misinterpret the 14th and birthright citizenship- have Roberts & Coney Barrett gone woke? This makes me wonder what will happen if they rule against it. At what point does "The Tree of Liberty" as referenced by Thomas Jefferson get "refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots"?

In today's world who, where, when and how is "The Militia" defined and organized? You know me personally, I'm not part of any pseudo/militant organization and am level-headed gun owner and instructor- yet if this question keeps surfacing in discussion with many others, some of our common friends… it has to be happening often around the country.

I hope I've not missed it, have you done or considered a video on the topic?

Our founding fathers were very wise- are they rolling in their graves and screaming for us to wake-up?

  4. We have a Second Amendment don't you think it's time we start using it against this government that is so corrupt. If the federal government gets too big and out of control. it's we the people's responsibility to bring them down, Patriots and tyrants alike Shall Perish but we shall prevail.

  5. United States v. Miller from 1939 says that firearms that have a “… reasonable relationship to the effectiveness of a well-regulated militia under the Second Amendment are free from government regulation.”

Why isn’t this more widely quoted in SCOTUS filings?

  6. I was talking to a gun store owner today. He said if the Supreme Court finds the AR 15 bans unconstitutional, the ruling only applies to the states of Illinois and Connecticut. Is that correct? I thought it would apply to all fifty states.

  7. Very optimistic. We've been waiting far too long and based on their previous choices based on the Constitution there really isn't another choice but to strike all these bans. I'm hoping they address the semi-automatic rifles and anything that is a choice to use with them as we all know what an arm refers to historically. Heller and Bruin have already done on the leg work they probably have an opinion drafted to use.

  8. It looks like a series of legal stumbles that placed us where we are. If weapons are close enough to military weapons that the govt can ban them. That is a made up standard. 1776, the colonists had military grade weapons. Civil War, with the exception of the galling gun, militia firearm loadouts were identical to regular soldier loadouts. These regulations are waaaay out of line.

  9. The only argument against the ar15 is its too "military grade." This is so frustrating as the 2nd amendment specifically protects military grade weapons in order to give the people access to a basic infantrymans loadout. Cant wait to get past this and move on to fighting for the full 2nd amendment

  10. Tom, this is promising new. Could you cover the not too promising activities in NY? A recent NY law was passed (lumped in the with the budget approval…) that outlaws information. That's right, starting next year in NY it will be illegal to even possess 3d print files of certain items. This was included with the NY Glock ban, passed May 2026 I think.
