New Plan B Muzzle Devices – Launching June 1, 2026

We’re expanding our lineup with Plan B compatible options. Please note: These are not currently shipping, but will drop June 1 on both complete firearms and as individual purchases.

The Lineup (Standard Full-Time Models):
SVB (SV Brake Plan B): Standard on all rifle calibers. Requires shims for timing.
RBB (Rotary Brake Plan B): Standard on all pistol calibers. Does not require shims.

Factory Note: Firearms shipping with these pre-installed are secured using permanent, high-heat thread locker.

  1. Will GMMC offer a Plan B–style muzzle device with a pin‑and‑weld hole for 14.5-inch barrels? Many of us are looking to replace our current pinned muzzle devices with suppressor‑compatible options.

  2. Supressors are important since the gun manufacturers convinced people they don't want a real barrel. They still those short tubes on the carbines (they aren't actual rifles any more) and people believe that's good. It is good for the manufacturer, since they save a little steel (which equals money).
    This is but one of the ways they make folks think they want things which are merely money savers for the maker. But, now you need that red bull can stuck on the end due to the hellacious roar.
    (ALSO, you want a short action, as working a long bolt throw is too much work for a human being to handle. More money saved. There are many more ways they have convinced folks they want less, but will pay more. P.T. Barnum was spot on.)
