NRA-ILA | Minnesota: Gun Control Wish List Policies Moved to New Bill – Again

Is seems the old adage of if at first you don’t succeed, try try again  has become the moniker of gun control radicals in the Minnesota legislature, as they have moved the looming gun control “wish list” package to a new bill for the third time.

Radicals in the House filed HF 5140 today, May 13th, a carbon-copy of the previous vehicle bill SF 4067. This package includes a ban on modern sporting rifles, magazines that hold over 17 rounds, home built firearms, and certain types of triggers; places limits on self-defense rights; and expands red flag laws.

Please contact your representatives NOW and urge them to OPPOSE HF 5401 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.

It is evident that radicals in the legislature will stop at nothing to try and move this gun control package to Governor Walz’s desk without the public even realizing. Please stay tuned to the NRA-ILA website and your inbox as this legislative session continues.
