  1. The HLX in the sub is amazing. So much power in such a small package. I was trying to make X300 turbos work for my full sized carries, but it’s tough. Now my G48 with the TLR-7sub HLX is powerful enough and easy to carry.

Definitely want to see the light demo.

I have 3 subs now and with 1 the mounting bolt sheered off. Guess a common issue if you over tighten it. I guess technically it’s user error, but the light does not take much toque at all before it’s too much vs not enough. While the X300 just lets you crank it down as tight as you want

  2. I’ve been carrying a pocket flashlight from Streamlight for maybe a year now and it’s great. Can’t complain at all. Just purchased 2 TLR7x lights for my pistol and my wife’s pistol. They seem fantastic. We’ll see how they do over time.

  3. I also have one of the early teens TLR-1 lights. It came on a pistol I traded for and has been on my 2010 Kimber Pro TLE/RL2 for about 12-13 years. My other Streamlights include TLR-1 HPX, TLR-7 HL-X, TLR-7 HL-X sub, TLR-7 X sub, TLR-6 HL, WEDGE and WEDGE XT.

  4. I must say right now I’m loving the TLR-1 HP-X 1350 lumens & 77,000 candela on a pistol is phenomenal an had to buy a few more during the sale also any issues streamlight has the best warranty. I just wish their rifle lights was not as thick if they slim those down an keep the high candela an lumens they would be 🚀

  5. All but one of my pistol lights are Streamlights. I have a Crimson Trace light on my SA XDM10. Nobody makes a holster for that combo for some reason. But TLR-1s? Got three of them and one TLR-7. Good gear.
