I’ve shot many guys beyond 300 with optics… 700 is longest M4 only fight I’ve been in. This guy has jumped the shark. But he probably sells or profits from those sights, right?
Good luck hitting a moving target at 300yds in the woods while moving with irons. Even with an EOTech good luck. Can be done but you’d likely shoot a lot more rounds vs with a lpvo
Ya that's going to be tough hitting anything at 300 meters with your sights so close together. Not saying he can't do it but I'd like to see it to believe it.
This shouldn’t be controversial at all but somehow it’s gotten there. Even with etched reticles there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have canted irons on as a back up. I think it’s more or less adding them requires additional training to be proficient. Some people just don’t want to add more work. I get crap all the time over having a bolt release extension. Don’t know why, but it’s helpful to me. Shrug
Everyone saying etched reticles exist now are stupid try shooting in the dark with an etched reticle 😂😂😂😂 good fucking luck hitting anything at 100 feet in the dark with that shit
Tf is wrong with you guys? I bet half of you guys saying it’s useless and criticizing the relief and spacing have plastic flip ups on a rifle that will fail under any amount or real stress, You will literally get mad at anything.
I'm not a war nerd or a special forces handjob specialist but I really do find it super interesting to see combat specialists explain what they've done to their service weapon and hearing their philosophies and learned experiences is just really interesting.
Why tf these people even saying glass breaks and shit? Bro, if you somehow dropped your gun to or lose it to the point your shit started to break you definitely need more training.

Etched reticle optics ? Thank me later.
I call bullshit he is hitting anything at 300 meters with iron sights sorry just don’t believe it
U guys get issued scopes? 😅😢😂
I been saying that for years
What type of rifle is that?
These John wick dudes thinking there gonna have fights at 100+feet away 😂😂😂

Look at the amount of shit on that gun
TA31 has entered the chat.
What is his full loadout?
My shit dont need a battery fuck boi
I think the R4 is my favourite rifle because of its great iron sights, plus its night sights and the capacity to add any other cool red-dot reticle.
Left handed shooters . . .
Iron sight for a better shot, yet you turn your gun to get a worse accuracy.
Funny
I had my red point with the same battery for 9 years. Sometimes turned on for months. Supposed to be able to be turned on for many years.
Iron sight bubba here.
We couldn’t hit anything @500 yards without iron sights.
Semper Fi

People say this is crazy.
I call this common sense
Iron sights for life!
I don’t think those iron sights 5” apart are gunna be very accurate 🤷
A whole generation of shooters that think iron sites are a big deal.
Those KAC irons sights are simple but metal as fuck
I thought I was the only one that did this. People say I am strange for having iron sights at a 45 degree angle on the side of my rifle as a backup.
Ya that's going to be tough hitting anything at 300 meters with your sights so close together. Not saying he can't do it but I'd like to see it to believe it.
Iron sights vs Red dot and beyond, is like a stock Corvette C7 vs a Supercharged one. Like yeah it's worse but it's still a fucking C7 corvette so
Idk a vortex LPVO can be used even if the battery its dead😂

Oh goodie. We get to see folks that bever use their rifles critique a professional who has earned a living with his!!!

It's a baaaad Johnson
Sights can go down from the glass breaking not just batteries guys
Bad johnson i havent heard or used that phrase since 1996
A 556 rifle sighted at 25y also intersects again at 300y… It is literally point and click.
I hate this side of gun culture, so many tards
Iron sights have always been king. Remember, they didn’t have all this fancy, expensive, useless equipment in 1940. They had iron sights.
Pink marker? Bro is colourblind
I just watched a different video with an "expert" saying iron sights at a 45 are useless. Just do what you feel is comfortable, I guess.
Tf is wrong with you guys? I bet half of you guys saying it’s useless and criticizing the relief and spacing have plastic flip ups on a rifle that will fail under any amount or real stress, You will literally get mad at anything.
Whatever you have, it has to work for you…sounds simple, but most people can't operate the equipment they own.

I got an etched sight that also illuminates. If the battery goes dead i still have a sight. Not sure why more optics manufacturers don’t do this.
I get it, but, who gives af. Combat rifle not really part of my daily concern lol
Been doing this aince 2017
Analog redundant! Love it!
My lpvo doesnt require batteries either…
I learned on iron sights. You can hit 8 out of 10 men (figure 11 targets) no problem at 300metres with iron sights alone.
Why tf these people even saying glass breaks and shit? Bro, if you somehow dropped your gun to or lose it to the point your shit started to break you definitely need more training.
