First of all thanks for watching guys. I’m nearing 1,000 and I appreciate it.

You have to READ the descriptions in my reviews since the videos are mostly just for a little fun. This weapon eats anything. It has shot a lot of boxes of cheap Russian ammo but I also feed it some really good ammo so please don’t call social services on me for weapon abuse! And to be honest, even though I was a Marine, I don’t clean this thing all the time. Sometimes I shoot 100 through the pipe and forget about it for 6 months or more without a cleaning. Then, I shoot another 100 and have no problem. And that is what you want. You don’t want a finicky weapon. And if you want to add optics and other things…this particular weapon may not be for you. The carrying handle is attached to the upper and cannot be removed. So, if you wanted to put optics on this, it would look weird (on top the carrying handle) in my opinion. But, I’ve owned this weapon for well over 15 years and it has never given me a problem. Most of the internals in ARs can be replaced with internals from another AR. The bolt carrier group in this Bushmaster doesn’t seem to be any different than the bolt carrier group of my M16A2 issued to me in the USMC in the 1980’s. Hopefully, the newer ones are more reliable than the A2’s us Marines shot. Because we used to crawl through mud and do all kinds of crazy shit, over fences, under wire, in water, and at the end of an infiltration course you were supposed to empty the weapon into a dummy. And the M16A2 I had and everybody had, didn’t seem to like being that dirty. Very frequently, mine and a lot of others, would shoot the round in the chamber into the dummy, but the subsequent round would fail to feed into the chamber. Now, I’ve never put my Bushmaster through that so I don’t know the answer to that question. What I do know is it can shoot without being cleaned often. And these weapons are an outstanding choice for URBAN warfare. They would do very well in street to street, house to house type situations. So, if you don’t already have one, get movin’!
