I'd consider it, but it's not actually lighter than bigger 3-9x scopes. Could just get a Leupold or Trijicon for same weight for a 3-9x.
Will it mount on a carry handle upper?

I shot my last deer with my grandpa’s lever gun from the 1920’s, has the original small simple lightweight 3-9 scope that would sell today for like $50. Aside from improved eye relief, how do you justify such a massive leap in price? It just seems like reinventing the wheel at a major price increase.
