Owning firearms – you need to be an upstanding citizen to own them legally. Man I need help . I got a non violent felony back around 2000 . But the way it’s on my record nc want let me expunge it. And have to wait 20 years after I got off probation to get Gun rights back. Trying to see if any can help. Even the ATF said I should be able to get it off my record and get my rights back . I fill like it’s a violation of my second amendment. I haven’t been in any trouble since then either.
