Sooooooo ……….. nothing has changed has it ? ……. So the braces in the future MIGHT be considered ILLEGAL at a point ? ……. It’s more mud on the already murky waters about this subject, are they LEGAL? ILLEGAL? ……. my understanding is that the injunction could be defeated and the a t f would get away to make their own rules to pander or support the powers at be.

I am all for 2A but can we also be honest and acknowledge that a pistol with a stabilizing brace is actually an SBR. They look that way, they are used that way (by shouldering the brace), etc. Sorry to say that, but mathematically speaking, it is what it is.
