  1. If banning alcohol during prohibition couldn't stop the consumption of alcohol, distribution, or manufacture of it, then why would you think that banning guns will stop the purchase of them as there is always a black market for them?

  2. We need to spend more time and effort into stopping the real cause of “gun deaths”
The loose screw behind the trigger instead of an inanimate object.
I’ve never seen a firearm pick itself up and shoot something.🧐🤷🏻‍♂️

  3. Laura Brown sounds like Meg from Family Guy and the other lady sounds some what like the asian reporter Tricia Takanawa in the show also lol.

Thank you and good job not being biased like almost every other manipulative news station out there.

  4. As a combat veteran, I'd like to go a bit more on this. What makes a firearm an "assault weapon", is not it's design, nor even it's function. Being semi-auto, or full-auto doesn't matter.

What makes a weapon an "assault weapon" is it being used to assault a person or place. I can assault someone with a branch from a tree. So we should ban trees as manufacturers of "assault weapons"?

I thank KX News for some true journalism there, but wish it would be taken to the level it needs to be and focus on the need to condemn the criminals doing the crimes, not the tools they use to commit them.

  5. I've never seen a news story that actually focuses on proper terminology. Anyone who watches this and pays attention will know infinitely more than most politicians and policy makers.

  6. We don't have a gun problem; we have a national mental health problem. Politicians who claim guns are the problem are incompetent in the performance of their job and should not be in politics. Gun laws will not stop the violence; they increase it by disarming honest citizens and leaving only the criminals with guns. If you really want to stop the violence, vastly expand mental health care; that will stop most of the violence. Guns don’t kill, mentally ill people kill…
