  1. i'm already waiting a goddamn year for 2 suppressors with the ATF. Now, they want me to register and wait probably anothery year plus while the approval goes through for a tax stamp for some alleged brace I own? Yeah…horseshit.

  2. The liberal government does not want the American people defending themselves. People keep griping about the gov’t making laws but aren’t bring up the grey issues of offset standards they are allowing themselves to handicap the people with. That is why aren’t the same type of gun laws/ rules being implemented with private security and police that are placed on the people? It’s because of control and having an upper hand against the people. There’s bigger agendas at play here.

  3. They keep making more laws and regulations , but no one has really done anything to combat the situation. We have yet to truly exercise the 2nd amendment, and I don't think anyone ever will. Just going to be bitching and complaining as we try to hid stuff or turn it in. We no longer live in a society of fighters, and that's our true weakness. You might as well buy bone stock, leave it stock and be happy about it.

  4. Hmmm, I think y'all should just be happy the AR is still legal. Get over your obsession with ARs. You're a bunch of babies, be happy with a 308, or 30/30, or any of the other thousands of rifles legal to sell. Sissy republicans are afraid of the big bad government taking away their killing machines, foh. P.S. I'm a liberal gun owner, and you tards are worthy of the term deplorable

  5. Dude, laws change.. the ATF enforces laws which the administration and the people want. Did you ever think that millions of Americans WANT gun owners to be felons? Duhhhhh!!! They don't want guns around. Get that straight. ANY GUN! Not just ARs. They don't feel safe with LEGAL OR ILLEGAL guns.. Guns period are the problem

  6. ATF does not have any lawfull authority to do any of this…………. so time to ditch ATF in addition to the IRS, we have an illegal, unlawful organization calling itself "Government" when in fact it's a defacto private corporation that needs to be extinct

  7. I decided to comment because there was a lot of really inaccurate language use in the very beginning of the video, throwing the word felon around like you can be one with out being convicted of a felony level crime, so I looked for this "law" and only found a rule. there is a big difference. and it is very specific in it's wording. the fact that you didn't even finish reading the rule because you tried to print it out, and put out a video trying to rile people up and get people scared that some ones coming for their guns, and they are gonna be a "felon" speaks to your motives. Maybe slow down and do some research before you fire off something like this. Also, where did you become a lawyer where you'd think people could automatically become a felon? Asking for a friend who wants to be a lawyer.

  8. The ATF is non-constitutional organization. You guys should read the second amendment. The only reason you have a second amendment protects you from non-constitutional organizations like the ATF. now they do have full jurisdiction over tobacco and Alcohol neither of which are mentioned in the constitution. But firearms. If they took a hose they broke it but either you believe in man or you believe in the document of the constitution.

  9. I like how the government can give a bunch of guns to cartel's and we can't own a gun brace. Boi oh boi I also think it's funny they think people are actually going to abide by stuff like this.

  10. OK, so at the time of this video release, the BATFE info had only been released a few hours prior. You say in the video that it is over 300 pages, and that you haven't had time to go through it.
What you are claiming MAY be true, but as a lawyer…wouldn't it be more responsible to actually read and understand the info instead of trying to break the story on YouTube first? This is just as irresponsible as the normal news media that breaks a story before they have all the info of what is actually happening.
    Be better than that.

  11. Remember, actual leftists are pro-gun (if you're ignorant about this, Google it). Actual conservatives are pro-gun. The people making these laws are not doing it out if political ideology. They're doing it to keep the elite in power.

  12. I respect your video, I'm extremely pro 2A, but start getting petitions and talk with your state reps. That's a real movement. Posting vids and comments are simply good for information, but it won't make change. Keeping our states governor's office phones ringing non stop and turning in petitions will make changes.

  13. Welcome to Canada…oh wait a minute, this is the US There’s this thing called the “2nd Amendment “ that allows its citizens to protect themselves from a tyrannical government and said governments are running rough shod and nothings being done. Big responsibility to stand up to the UN..I mean US government but folks it needs to be done sooner or later. We’re all in trouble.

  14. The Second Amendment was written in 1791. Does not say you have the right to own whatever guns you want to own. Just sayin. They had black powder muskets back then. SO, I guess now you should be able to own a 50 cal. that has a killing range of 2 miles, does it… Seems reasonable. I am also a gun guy. But let's be smart about guns.
