Very Lightly coat the rubber o ring with Vaseline/petroleum jelly and it won’t bunch up like that.

Eotech EFLX has become my go-to dot. Large window. Clear glass. Tight dot. Great controls. Durable. Affordable. Large number of gun/plate options available w/ DPP footprint. US made. Only downside is that DPP plate/backup iron combos are normally calibrated for the very tall DPP – take up too much window on the EFLX.
First day outta the box and it's going back for repairs/replacement. Still optimistic and really like the "keep it simple" features and the optic overall.Hopefully it''ll be corrected soon and back on the gun.
