Saved this video! Don't have the camera yet (because price + artificial scarcity) but the tip about adding the profiles to Lr I haven't heard in any of the many other videos I've watched for this camera.

I like design of the x100 cameras but #1 limiting factor is permanent 23mm lens:(
This camera is made in china not Japan and still selling so expensive.

whoever designed the adaptor ring had their head in their behind. The stock cap should still snap on! I should have been a design engineer.

I got mine recently. I highly agree on point number one, the battery charger is almost compulsary since people report battery heating or swelling into the camera when charging with electric charger, which would destroy everything. Also agreed for the filter / weather resistent lens. About video, I think this is designed for clip recorders in holidays , and these people don't use an external mic with a camera desingned to be extremely compact, they just use the internal mic &or separate recording &or vlog with music only.

I don’t see this camera for video, I see it for the nostalgic films and I prefer it over my phone keeps it compact and simple
