This video is about HC Mags High Capacity Magazines & Speed Loader for Ruger 10/22 Rifle

This video is an independent review of the product. Not an endorsement nor was I paid for it. I purchased this item myself.

Some love this system, some do not. It’s like Ford or Chevy? Personal preference. 🙂

====== Updates on Availability

05-06-2021 Update
HC Mags speed loading for Ruger 10/22 Rifle back in stock and can ship next business day.
This has been a popular one.

Price for the HC3R TAC PAC Gen II has gone up from $80 to $99 now. They made a few tweaks to it. It seems worth it. I would buy it again. 👍
We’ll hope their inventory can keep pace with demand/orders.

1-6-21 I rcvd email from them that they expect to be shipping again in mid Feb 2021.

1-5-21 This website is the only source I know of.
Based on information I have received recently, it sounds that this product is experiencing growing pains and production issues. Unable to keep up with demand.

Most recently it looked like they were trying to raise capital thru something like KickStarter. Maybe it is KickStarter. You may try calling them at (877) 244.9578 or email them at hcmags22@gmail.com Good luck! 👍

  1. This isn't really a mag loader… it's a single HC mag with stripper clips. So you run out of ammo, before you can reload… OR order a bunch of the HC mags.. which are currently $35 each. This might be an ok way to go if you don't already have piles of Butler Creek mags you paid $10-$15 for, but lots of us already have 20+ magazines and aren't looking to buy more. Already have the Butler Creek reloader for prob 30 years now and have to fuss with it a little, but it's ok. The Lula reloader looks ok & trouble free.. something ok to keep on your person, but it's clearly slower than the Butler Creek one. The Champion reloader look similar to the Butler Creek reloader, but works slightly different, but sold out everywhere I looked online. Right now in 4/2022 I can't find one 10/22 speed loader in stock anywhere, not even the Lula so far.

  2. I am also Very curious about the Rifle that you show towards the end. Can you tell me which Rifle this is? Did you purchase it as it is or What Modifications did you make to it? Also, any links to where you purchased the Parts / Accessories. Thanks a ton.

  3. Just stumbled across your video. I really like this system, as it seems Very Thought Out and well designed. I actually paused your video 3/4 way thru to go and order me one. I loved your review and tutorial of the product as well. Great Job. Thanks a bunch for everything.

  4. I am impressed, to say the least. I have a similar type loader for my 10 round clips for my Ruger Standard Model, Type Two pistol which is just as easy to load. Now, I have to look into this system for my rifle. Great video and info.

  5. I bought the full pack. Two of the holders didn't work… They sell them 5 for $20 , so their cost is probably $1.50 each. Instead of just sending me $3 worth of replacements, the wanted me to send pictures first…. FOR $3 WORTH of THEIR COST… on a $100 order. Customer Service…not.

  6. I’m curious as to why this limits itself to less than the magazine will hold and how can this be used at all for standard 10/22 magazines? Doesn’t seem compatible with magazines like the BX-25

  7. How long did it take you to get this after you ordered it i ordered over 1 month ago and still havent recieved my order, just curious if you had the same issues, this company just put something on their site about a delay, great wish i would have known before i ordered. I called to talk to customer service he said it is, i pictured a guy in his livingroom taking calls
