But is a good LPVO? Meh. Depends.

I have been extremely underwhelmed with the 1-10 offerings on the market. Honestly between the eye relief, the mediocre glass on both ends of the magnification scale and weight, I just cant get into it. I checked this one out and the Vortex 1-10 and honestly was disappointed. Get an ATACR 1-8, NX8, VCOG 1-8/1-6, S&B 1-8 or MK8 1-8. I wan’t to finger fuck a PLX 1-8 or even their new compact PLX but nobody here in Utah has one. Thanks for the review!

Nobody should be happy at all about that price in 2022, I spent a grand a few times on nice FFP scopes and honestly my 1-10x SFP Arrowhead LPVO from Swampfox that was less than $450 is a great price for a damn good scope. So a third of the cost, man screw spending over a grand on glass, it’s not necessary in 2022, not at all. All I did was waste money not buying nothing but the 1-10x SFP Arrowhead’s, they’re amazing scopes. Ya got too many cons to justify that price of $1600, even if you got it on sale for $1400, that’s a lot of dough. I will be buying more of the Arrowhead LPVO in the future. I’m no longer a Vortex only fanboy, I love em, but I’ve come to buy other brands lately to test the waters and I’ve found that Swampfox’s scopes and red dots are truly great, while I own several Vortex Venom’s I put a Swampfox red dot on a Dagger recently that worked great. Do yourself a favor and get an Arrowhead LPVO, if you’re gonna spend four figure on an optic get a damn good thermal scope and don’t look back.
So what lvo should I get for about 500?
I kind of hate the optics debate now. It’s literally the same shit for different uses.

Just put a prs lite on my 1-6 gpr. Game changer. Superior cheek weld equals much less scope shadow while on the move.

The more I hear of people dropping Gs on scopes, the happier I am for getting a new trijicon accupoint with the green triangle for only 600 bucks.

I feel like eotech wanted to get into the scope game, but basically tried to ride their holographic sights as the hype. They have all the right components, just seems to fall short where I need it to be. I had the 1-6, and ended up selling it. Settled on the razor 1-6 in the end, but that thing is still heavy as all get out and the reticle is limiting at extended distances for holds. Really been eyeing the PLXc for the weight and what you get from it – for roughly the same price
I find the 1x on the Vx6 and vx6 HD are great (you should check them out if possible!)
I've considered the 1-6 or 1-8 for my 12.5 because the price point is very attractive.
The Atibal X is a pretty good 1-10 for the feature set

Every time I see these 1-10 ffp reviews, I keep finding myself wishing vortex or whoever, would make a 1-8 SFP with their tmcq reticle in the viper and razor lines.
