In all these years did you ever try 196 grain subs from brown bear in it? I built one of these pistols and I'm going to try it to see if it will stabilize the rounds. Hope so.
Well it might be late to tell you unless you figured it out by now, but all you gotta do is file the diameter of the firing pin for it to pierce those primers better
Sweet build. Love all of it but the ugly brace. The Sig brace imho is way to bulky and big for a pistol ar. Lol is bigger then the gun itself but other then that awsome build man. Love your vids.

Try replacing the mag spring with one from an AK47 mag spring, and the buffer spring with one for a .308

Excellent informative video. That 8 inch AR Pistol in accuracy did out perform 16 inch SA AK's accuracy at 200 yards.
No doubt that the AR Platform is overall superior to the AK platform.
From what I've heard the C Products 30 Round Magazines are,said to be superior to ASC mags.
One person I know showed me his which were both the ASC and
C Products. From what I saw the, C Products magazines looked better made then the ASC magazines.
My buddy said another company Delton makes also an excellent 30 rd magazine. Does any one have experience with these different magazines?

For the steel cased ammo, throw in a few Brass cased ammo, helps get the junk out of the chamber that the steel ammo gets caught on. This works for .223 as well.
