  1. I bought this, in black, last year and it is great for all the reasons you mentioned. Plus: (1) it has flat sides and it won't roll away on you as you're working on something; (2) hobos and street zombies assume it is a knife or other weapon if you clip it visibly on your person (minimal deterrence is what I need for walking to my car at night); (3) it holds the charge after being shelved and without the acid leak of conventional batteries; (4) a clean design for office carry (that Stiletto the other commenters have mentioned, that is twice the price, looks a little gaudy and sci-fi); (5) a full broad light without the concentric circles of plastic supermarket-quality flashlights; and (6) although it is made in China, the company is a US company.

  2. Interesting concept. I've purchased a lot of micro lights over the years and the best I've found is still the Browning Alpha Elite. High beam at 500 lumens, plus a mid-range white, and a very low light green. Sturdy, well-made, compact, rechargeable or replaceable with one AA batt. Great pocket clip keeps the thumb plunger above the pocket edge and it clips to the brim of a ball cap perfectly. Generally around $50. And Browning's customer service is some of the best in the U.S.

  3. I really like the design and style of this light. It looks very functional and comfortable modeled after a knife. It’s surprising that no one else has thought of this before. I’d absolutely buy one but not for $80-$100. That’s way too much for me to spend on a flashlight. I’ll wait till Olight makes a $20-$30 version. Thanks for all the great content….You are my go to reviewer and product referral guy.

  4. I have way too many flashlights but love this design so I will probably end up with one more. I agree with you on the price it's very expensive. I would buy it today if I could pick it up for $60.

  5. I work nights driving a truck. Use flashlight everyday. Awesome design, but man, 300 lumens as the low? Most people don't need 300 as a high. Hopefully they'll dial this in some more. Really solid idea tho.

  6. Why does the Constitution of America, allow enemies of the Constitution of America to vote, in political elections?
Why can't American government identify traitors of America, by their policies and then fire them?

  7. They could have mounted the charging port on the side near the back or integrated the plug cover into the deep carry clip assembly….. They were just lazy in designing this device… not much more to say about it…

  8. It needs lower modes 300 is what I would need on max most of the time I’m using an edc light that is 60-90. I also don’t like that it’s not really shirt pocket friendly. A rechargeable microstream is still in my opinion the superior light in there lineup and it’s less then $30

  9. G'day Aaron, I feel that switch lends itself more to a continuously variable output job and would be better off enclosed IMO.
Yep, needs to take replaceable and commonly available batteries too.
Noth'n wrong with innovation; good on 'em for having a crack, though is it a game changer; …………no.
    Cheers Duke.

  10. Like others, I picked one up a few months ago and it's now my primary EDC light off duty or at work (LEO). I also have others but this is plenty, and carries SO MUCH better than the Olights or Fenix's that I carried in the same method. I forget its there! Love it and will probably pick another up eventually.

  11. Great light. I use it as my EDC for work. Haven’t used my bigger light since I’ve had it. I think Streamlight should bring out a slightly wider but same thickness light and bump up the run time and/or lumens.

  12. In that case you shouldn’t carry the antman lep in your pocket lol! Burn city.

Cool flashlight though, this should open the door to lots of new innovations now

I’m a Electrician and typically a service call means loss of power, so it’s dark and I always have a flashlight. Run time is the biggest deal for me, I’m not illuminating more than the ground in front of me or a switch box or panel I have open.

If it can last til lunchtime when I can plug it in to charge it and then last until 3:30 that would be FANTASTIC

  13. I bought one at the beginning of the year. I got it in the same colour you did. So much EDC gear comes in black. It is nice to have a little variety. What enticed me to buy it was the pocket clip. It’s nice to be able to carry it clipped to your pocket. I often use it when I take the dogs out at night. It would work great to blind would be prowlers. I’ve had to do that a few times over the years.

  14. I am not a fan of the port being the part that always exposed. I love in the middle of nowhere and it's always dusty and dirty. That is the only reason my socom elite didn't get carried more. I was working in the dirt all day and it would just get caked with dirt. Awesome video buddy. I love my stilleto . Didn't like it at first ,but it grew on me.
