In this Range Report I shoot and review a 10mm version of the CMMG Banshee. This is a companion video to the one I made on the Banshee in 9mm. Most of my general comments are the same and I try to stick to the pros/cons of the 10mm in this platform and comparisons to other 10mm PCCs.

  2. Good morning Jason, I watched the review on the 9mm. But this should be added to your 1911A1, S&W channel. As you know I can only just drool over the Banshee as our fun police don't allow that sort of gun for us to play with. But its in 10mm, what an awesome calibre. I am thinking of a whole merch line with the 1911A1 and S&W stainless pistols and on of them in 10mm. Love your channel. And crap that piece of kit is accurate

  3. Simply… Yes Please. One day I will have one, just not today 🙂 10mm rocks. With noted and known lackluster triggers, for that price, they can do better, and should.

  4. I agree that the reset problem is most likely caused by a burr somewhere on one of the internals. It would not be hard, if you find the bad spot, to smooth it out & polish it a bit so it's as smooth as glass.

  5. I've had the same trigger issue on 3 or 4 builds using cmmg triggers. The first time I contacted cmmg and they said it probably is a bur on the hammer or disconnect and sent replacements of both. The other times I rubbed the connection surface of hammer and it stopped hanging up. You are spot on about this issue and it's common.
