  1. Good to 200 – 300 yards? We were hitting t-box headshots out to 600m with an ACOG (4x) in the Corps. This optic should cover all of your distance needs. Unless you are really reaching out. In that case – I wouldn't recommend an AR platform at all.

  2. I know slightly older video, but i have an astigmatism, but i wear glasses that supposedly correct that? so when people say prisms are better due to that, wouldn't someone that has an astigmatism already have that corrected by wearing glasses or contacts? or is this if you have an astigmatism and don't have corrected lenses that this would be an issue?

  3. Can you compare size to the Primary Arms 3x prizm please? I have one and like it, but feel like going to 5x from 3x will make it perfect. Any opinion on using that reticle with 7.62×39? Many thanks in advance.

  4. Unfortunately Burris feels NOTHING for its customers jn South Africa.
They USED to be good but went to the dogs.
Battling to get 'stock' so the agents say. Useless warranty.
    Stay away.

  5. I know your video is now 3 years old, but I'm just now seeing it. At $350 it should all your talking about and more!! It should kill whatever it is you're looking at, dress it, drive it back to the house, put it in the freezer, take one piece out for dinner, cook it, serve it to you, then tuck you in for the night, without you having to ever leave the house!!! THAT'S, what it should do, for that price!!!

  6. I bought a new model 1886 Winchester lever action They make a mounting bracket for the fast far. red dot What I would like to put This scope on this rifle off to the left hand side I plan on keeping the original sites on the rifle. To Shoot Coyotes From 50' TO 800 yd.

  7. Hey.. you guys do know your optometrist can make you a pair of shooting glasses if you have astigmatism like this guy and me.. got 2 pair made and it’s cheaper than buying an optic. I’ll stick with my Acogs and eotech.

  8. Just got this scope… Horrible and now I have to pay 10% restocking fee and shipping back to midway…. Sucks, but lesson learned.

Buy beware, don't buy if you are serious about shooting. If you want to look cool fine, buy it and I hope you get your cool factor.

  10. I checked this out as I have an astigmatism myself but I saw multiple reticles. I looked at the spitfire and it was fine so I went with the vortex. Was kind of disappointed because I wanted the red dot for a pistol since the astigmatism isn’t as bad for close quarters

  11. This sight is horrible. Tried to sight i my rifle with it. Out of box it was over 2 feet out of center. Tried for hours trying to zero this scope and after countless tries no matter how many clicks you adjusted it, i don't even think it was changing anything!

  12. Good review, however your recommended procedure to tighten/mount is incorrect. There have been many complaints about the reticle being canted, and they have discovered it is mainly due to the mounting nut not being properly tightened. They need to be torqued to 65-in-lbs. I like this prism a lot and the eye relief is fine for myself! Mine is mounted on a Diamondback, 6.5 Grendel, works great for me!!

  13. Thanks for your review. Was considering buying this scope. I'm in the market for a sig sauer 556xi R. I really wanted to get some thing to be able to hunt with ( deer / elk ) but be able to also be a good home defense all in one. 7.62 provides this all in one. I'm a former Jarhead 94-98 and I never had any of these ACOG's or glass on our rifles all irons up to 300 yrds comfortably. I own a Diamond Back .556 and I really am enjoying it. However, the wife received a AK fully modded out and enough ammo to choke a horse. So I'm at the new rifle and pass the .556 to my son. Long story short this scope would work really well with the the Sig. The ability to toss the new reflex on top of the scope really interested me even more. Great help sir thank you!

  14. My son harvested his first whitetail doe at 100 yards a few weeks ago with this site on my 556 62gr. It is built like a tank but unfortunately they didn’t have the fast fire combo at the time of purchase. Need a vid on accuracy up to 600 yards…

  15. I'll put the Burris ar-332 on both my AR-10 and my 5 5 6 and love the scope and it kind of gives me the best of both worlds like I agree with you on that point.
I didn't know the front feature of the sauce co could be screwed off to make it a little bit more Compact and overall I like my verse much better if I could have got some less-expensive import units in but my armor or my local gun shop basically steered me to this one in the quality and it being a Burris sold me all the way this is about my fifth Burris product and I'm very happy with the product.
